Jewish beliefs on animal testing
Jewish beliefs on animal testing are not commonly known, however, Judaism does in fact have very powerful teachings about the treatment of animals.
Jews believe that animals are part of God's creation, therefore humans have special responsibilities towards them.
We are taught clearly from Jewish texts that we are not to harm animals, therefore Jews believe that animal testing is wrong. This comes from the Hebrew phrase tsa'ar ba'alei chayim, the Torah mandate not to cause "pain to any living creature."

Hindu and Jain beliefs of animal testing
The doctrine of Ahimsa means humans should treat animals well, therefore they do not believe in animal testing.
Most Hindus and Jains are vegetarian for this reason. Also, cows are sacred so they certainly would not allowed to be tested on.
Many Hindus also believe that many animals are superior to the human race, therefore they definitely do not approve of animal testing.
